American Wagyu
Our Wagyu is provided by Goodsell land and cattle. Their cattle are nursed until they are 5 months old, at which point they begin the 25-month fattening process. The cattle are fed a hormone-free diet. Maramec, Oklahoma
1Farm Chicken
Free choice raised chickens fed organically right here in Rose, Ok. This chicken is hormone free and the best around. Rose, Oklahoma.
Bison
Our bison is provided the Osage Nation. The bison is grass fed. Hominy, Oklahoma.
Pork
Our pork is provided by Bacon Acres Farm. They are a part of the Tamsworth swine Association, the pigs live on pasture and seasonally rotated into grass, permissions, acorns, and forest mast. They do supplement feed and hay, which accounts for 20-40 percent of their caloric intake depending on the season. No hormones or antibiotics, raised in low-stress environments. Jay , Oklahoma
